Candidates were asked to submit their questionnaires electronically, if possible. The responses
available to the left are the responses of candidates who e-mailed electronic documents. Additional responses were scanned and computer translated, so there may be some computer mistakes we did not catch, which are part of the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) process—not part of the original document.
Hard copies of the other questionnaires are available for review at the IVI–IPO's office upon request.
